25% compensation of fees received by LGH Patrimoine for any referral leading to a completed transaction.
Degressive scale based on property price: 6.5% up to 300,000 €, 5.5% up to 600,000 €, 4.5% up to 1M €, 4% above. Life annuity: 6%.
These rates are ceilings. VAT applicable in addition.
A business referrer is a person or organization that connects LGH Patrimoine with an owner, investor, or potential client with a real estate project. Their role is limited to making the connection: they are not involved in negotiation, legal follow-up, or commercial management of the file.

Sponsorship commissions are paid after actual collection of the sale by LGH Patrimoine, under the same conditions as agent commissions.
